Frequently Asked questions
Do you travel?
Of course. All our packages are inclusive of a 30km radius of Tamworth, NSW. Any distance over 30km is charged at $0.70/km (round trip).
What are the electrical requirements?
We need access to one powerpoint within 20m of setup area.
How far in advance do you setup?
60 minutes prior.
How much room do I need?
We need a flat area of 3m x 5m and 4m width minimum for all entrance paths.
Can you come to any venue?
Most venues will be open to having us, as long as there is sufficient space (see above dimensions). As the hirer, you are required to request permission from your venue prior.
What if it is raining?
Linda is able to operate during rain, in the event of wet weather we do require a small 1m x 1m undercover space nearby to house props.
How many people can be in the van at one time?
Linda can accomodate up to 4 adults at once.
Do you have insurance?
Yes we have full public liability insurance. However any malicious damage caused by mis-use is to be paid in full by the hirer.
Will the photos be good quality?
Absolutely! A professional DSLR and lighting are used to produce clear, high quality images.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings.
